Halter Immobilien becomes Tend

Halter Immobilien AG’s new brand identity was first made public last May. Now we have switched to Tend AG for good.

As early as January 2018, Halter AG’s real-estate services business unit positioned itself independently in the market as Halter Immobilien AG — yet its visual appearance and company name remained true to Halter. To strengthen its position as an independent service provider, the company has now acquired a new brand identity as Tend AG. 

The rebranding enables Tend to focus on its core competencies in the areas of revenue and operations, to generate added value for its clients’ properties. However, as the sister company of Halter and Raumgleiter, we remain true to our roots and remain part of a long-established, high-performance network in the real estate industry. The members of the management Jacques Hamers and Andres Stierli, as well as other key employees are to continue their work with Tend. “Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, authentic; these are the values we live by in our everyday business. As Tend, we can now communicate our corporate culture even more effectively to the outside world,” Jacques Hamers is convinced. 

At the core of Tend, everything revolves around intelligent real estate services. We offer a specific range of services covering the entire life cycle of real estate. Our expertise ranges from operational planning and optimisation through building services engineering and consultation on matters of energy, and conceptual and operational letting and sales services. Andres Stierli sums up the firm’s mission: “At Tend, we create more valuable real estate for our clients by securing revenue and lowering operating costs.” 

Using state-of-the-art digital tools, we enable a virtual experience of real estate and thus create a convincing experience for potential tenants or buyers. On the other hand, virtual operation simulations disclose possible conflicts which thus can be solved during the construction planning phase. This process directly impacts the operating costs. “Our vision is to see the 3D-models equipped with information used in the company in the future and thus make relevant data easily accessible to the portfolio manager or owner,” explains Jacques Hamers. 

The corporate design has been developed in cooperation with schneiterpartner. The experienced Swiss branding agency visually implemented the brand strategy developed by us and accompanied the market launch. The project team consistently translated the new image into all relevant physical and digital touchpoints, thus creating a cross-channel, integrated brand presence.
